What are the Circulation Lifetimes of the Molds Produced?
Depending on the number of auxiliary mechanisms in the mold (such as Maça, insert, etc.), we produce molds with Circulation Lifetimes ranging from 500,000 to 1,000,000 Healthy circulations.
What is the Precision in Machining Section?
In our Machining section, we achieve ±0.01mm precision in CNC Vertical Machining Centers and ±0.001mm in Erosion machines used in chip removal with Erosion.
Are Molds Subjected to Quality Control and Tests Before Delivery to the Customer?
After the mold production is completed and before delivery to the customer, the capabilities of the molds are thoroughly checked with the injection machines in our factory, and this information is shared with the customer.
Is Maintenance and Repair Service Provided After Mold Production?
Our molds undergo trials and quality controls before delivery to the customer. After the molds are put into production within our customers or in our own facility, we provide maintenance and repair services for our molds upon customer request.
