Mould Flow: In our projects, after product design, when mold design starts, we can overcome problems such as cold joints, gas accumulations that may occur during filling in case our products have hot runners or cold runners, by using the filling analysis, an extension of our Siemens NX program, to examine the product in three dimensions.

Stress Test: In our projects, depending on the area of use, we can determine how the products deform under realistic loads by applying loads to parts under load or the entire product before the mold is manufactured.

In the CAD (Computer Aided Design) section, we use Siemens' NX software (formerly known as Unigraphics) for detailed and precise designs to achieve flawless mold and product quality.

In the CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) section, we achieve high surface qualities and precision using Siemens' NX CAM software (formerly known as Unigraphics) and Hexagon's Machining Strategist CAM software. In the Wire Erosion section, we use Hexagon's EDGE CAM program to make angled cuts.

In the data processing section, we can obtain outputs in many formats of projects designed according to customer requests and deliver them to our customers.
